I am a certified Pilates instructor and am passionate about helping people attain their physical goals. Pilates is a transformative experience that not only connects your mind and body but also helps you to gain a better understanding of your body that can carry through your daily life. I am a wellness enthusiast, mother of two, and a lover of pilates. Pilates has helped me through several injuries, pregnancies, and continues to help in keeping up with my energetic boys. In 2014 I attained my certification through Long Beach Dance Conditioning. I have a strong background with injury prevention and recovery. I continue to further my education to stay on top of the cutting edge of information on pre/post natal, menopause, biomechanics, and fascia. I am passionate about understanding my clients bodies and learning as much as I can about the biomechanics of the human body.
In addition to working with private clients, I enjoy working with children and I teach a movement class to K-5th grade at a private elementary school in Pasadena. My goal is to incorporate a fun, non-competitive mind/body movement experience for children which fosters body awareness and self confidence in all ages.
